What comes off the bench

Every pump leaves with a test sheet showing delivery at each check point, before and after. If the numbers do not land inside spec, it does not leave.

Your pump runs on a calibrated bench first. You see the fault on paper before anyone picks up a spanner, and you approve the work against real numbers.

Delivery balanced element by element

Fuel volume is matched across every element to the manufacturer sheet, so no cylinder runs rich while its neighbour starves. Smoke drops, so does consumption.

Rebuild

Wear parts out, genuine parts in

Plungers, barrels, delivery valves, seals and bearings replaced with OE or OE-equivalent parts. The body is reconditioned and pressure-tested to seal before reassembly.

Spray pattern you can look at

Opening pressure, back-leak and atomisation checked on every nozzle. Ultrasonic cleaning, new nozzles where wear calls for it, then a second run to confirm.

Six stages, in this order

The order matters. Nothing is stripped before we have a baseline, and nothing ships before the calibration run is signed. Every stage leaves a record you can ask for.

    Intake and wash

    Pump is tagged to your job number, externally cleaned, and photographed as received.

    Baseline bench run

    Run as-is on the bench to record what it actually does. This sheet is the one we quote against.

    Teardown and inspection

    Stripped to components, each wear surface measured and compared against service limits.

    Rebuild

    New wear parts fitted, housing reconditioned, assembly torqued to spec in a clean room.

    Calibration run

    Timing and delivery set across the full speed range until every check point sits inside tolerance.

    Seal, sheet and dispatch

    Wire-sealed, before and after sheets attached, warranty registered against the pump serial.
